It is based on Jordan Belfort’s 2007 memoir of the same name. Leonardo DiCaprio stars as Belfort, a renowned stockbroker, in his fifth collaboration with Scorsese. Margot Robbie Says Becoming Instantly Famous From The Wolf Of Wall Street Was 'pretty Awful'

Margot Robbie, who played the wife of Leonardo DiCaprio in the 2013 film, revealed that the s*x scene with DiCaprio was in the book but not the script.

“I kind of provoked Leo into doing it, and I can’t believe he did. I said if he was committed to the role, then he would do it properly.”

DiCaprio built up the courage to suggest Scorsese, who approved the idea. Thelma Schoonmaker shared that DiCaprio did not use a body double for his nude scenes in the film. She added,
